From Hypno: I fell in love with the dance style called popping twelve years ago and still love it to this day.
To me popping is more than just a dance, it is a lifestyle.
If you are willing to learn and be open it can teach you how to focus your mind and your movements.
This August I rallied the troops and the boogie nation team to put together a week of free classes.
The styles that were offered are not your normal studio fair.
We also hosted Boogie Nation and other popping events within this week.
This week was about more then just classes and events.
Our hope was to bring poppers from all over the world together so that we share our dancing with those outside our community.
Too much of the time peoples exposure to hip hop culture is through negative stories in the press and stereotypes in movies.
We feel that the time has come for poppers to unite and share our dance with others in a positive way.
Together we can show some folks all the hard work and discipline it takes to pop.
To me popping is a dance that has endless possibilities and more people will love this dance if they truly understand it.

Since all of the classes during popping week were so great we decided to make a second DVD so that we could bring you all of the action from the workshops.
You will get additional demo footage so that you have a clean angle to view all of the techniques that we covered in class.
In this DVD we cover popping, clicks, waves, body waves, dime stop, ticking, robot, liquid, cobra, animation, tutting and more.
We have also provided you with practice drills and other tips to help with your technique.
