For student that wants more then just our monthly class , we can also train you in our private class. This is great for all level of student that wants to speed up their training . All private class is design to help you get to know your body better. Like all of our group class we will drill and teach you how to use techniques.
Most student buy them in pack to save money , classes is set in a weekly or bi-weekly base to give you time to train what you learned from the class before.
*Private can also be use to train your performance piece.

Hitting Training Program
strength training for hitting muscles
Power control for hitting
Hitting training will help you understand what drill to do
You will learn the drill and do it together with the teacher
Learn to control your hitting power by learning patient and timing.
Learn the ideas of hard stop to add on with your hits
Hitting training will cover, arm, knees, Chest, Back, Neck muscles
Student will get a weekly workout sheet to keep up with the training.
This program is a lot of drills and workout . In order to get strong hits it will take time to get use to the drill and also student must do their worksheet.
4 Classes once a week | each class is one hour long

Isolation Training Program
Understand the joint isolation with clicks technique
Connecting joint smoothly to form waves
Help you break down arm to arm and full body isolation
After the basic we will jump into building a style of wave that will fit you
This program start our with mostly set drills once you have gotten the ideas of the basic then the program will be more ideas building for your wave style.
Isolation class is best we do it 2 times a week to keep you on track with the training

King Tut training Program
Learn the basic ideas and technique of king tut style.
Start out slow with good foundation drills and ideas building.

Help look over your dance number or help build a new one
