We only accept US Checks and US Money Orders. Please send them to us with a print out of your order and your address. We will ship your order within 1 business day of when your payment clears. Our DVDs are primarily NTSC Region 1 encoded, which means that they are designed for US and Canadian DVD players. Many DVD players and ALL computers worldwide will play DVDs from all regions, including our Region 1 DVDs without any problem.
DVD-Rs will play perfectly in almost any modern DVD Player , computer DVD player, Xbox 360, and PS3.
We sometime have problem with Payloadz download and you might get the download sent to you delay . E-mail us for info.

Air Mail ( Please note that Air Mail do not come with Tracking # and there is a small chance the page will get lost. )

Any DVD that is damage due to shipping will be replace with a new one asap with us.

International order Shipping problem
The lost package problem have been a lot better after we start using only international express with tracking.
so the problem below should not be happening any more. However we will keep this info up for now.
Sometime International order do get lost, and we always try to fix it for you asap. However here is a few things you can do
to help us help you.
--- All international buyer , when sending us your Shipping address please write it out as it is shown and not just sent
us your address in one long line. Sometime the post office will make mistake if the address is not shown the way it is
in your country.
--- When the package gets to your door you might have to pay a Customs fee. If you don't pay, the package will be sent
back to the post office and label as a lost package. They don't sent it back to us, so we have no idea if is lost or not.
---- If you don't receive your pack in 2 and a half week then please get back to us asap so we can sent you a new one,
please do not wait too long to e-mail us.
